project Summary:

The former Sony Plant in Westmoreland, PA was converted into the new Siemens Penn Hall.  The new Pittsburgh Service Center consolidated 2 existing sites to maximize service, quality, and efficiency for its customers.  Clista utilized the Design/Build approach to attack the 330,000 square foot facility.  The building went from an empty shell to having a complete retrofit of all new lighting and power.  The new facility specializes in field service maintenance, repairs, and modifications of large-scale turbines and generators for the power generation industry.  The low and medium bay areas provide electromechanical service related to heavy duty power generation equipment.
