The nano apartments, about 10 percent of the total, measure 400 square feet in size. SouthSide Works City Apartments also include 12,000 square feet of commercial space and a 563-space parking garage. Among other amenities are an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, concierge services, a 24-hour fitness room, and a Zen garden and courtyard park.
The electric plan for a mixed use facility like this requires understanding how each space will be used in the finished building. Retail spaces have different needs than apartments. The 400 square foot nano apartments have a much different electrical requirement than one large two-bedroom unit.
