The Gold Lot #1 garage is located adjacent to PNC Park and Heinz Field, home of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Pittsburgh Steelers respectively.  Other entertainment and dining establishments are also close by the new parking facility.  This new construction project sits on 5.6 acres and can accommodate 1,000 vehicles. It was designed to align with the City of Pittsburgh’s sustainability goals supporting green garage standards.  It also provides a convenient point of access to the popular area for daily, weekend, and event patrons.

As a result of the efficiency of lighting provided by Clista and other sustainable attributes, the building became the world’s first Parksmart Gold Certification.
