Project Summary:

UPMC Mario Lemieux Sports Complex is the first-of-its-kind sports medicine facility.  Clista partnered with PJ Dick to bring this amazing complex to life.  The 14-month project timeline was short, but we utilized Navisworks and Autocad 3D to help expedite execution.  As a result, we were able to achieve a clash free coordination and installation of the entire electrical system.  All the amenities an elite professional sports franchise could dream of are of all under one roof.  Nearly 1,000 people can sit at one of the two full size hockey rinks.  In addition, the complex has therapeutic areas, an aquatic center, and onsite MRI and X-Ray imaging facilities.

Clista installed extensive communication and technology systems. Some items included the multi-media systems, rink game clocks & scoreboards, and audio/visual systems.  Also installed was a state-of-the-art rink lighting system to set the atmosphere for multi-function events.  We continuously updated the virtual model throughout the project to assure no unforeseen conflicts arose leading to a seamless project execution.
