Turner Construction Company, the General Contractor, recognizes a sub contractor each month. This month, the employees at 5051 Centre Avenue were the honorees. In celebration of the award, T-shirts and lunch were provided by Turner.
Project Background:
5051 Centre Ave will house The Immune Transplant and Therapy Center supporting approximately 500 researchers and staff employees.
The eight-story facility encompassing over 343,000 square feet will also include:
· State-of-the-art lab space for researchers
· Variety of conference rooms along with
flexible lounge areas
· Three retail storefronts
· Tiered parking garaged with secured bike

· Auditorium with 250+ seat capacity
· Multipurpose atrium and event space
